The members of the award-winning Lost & Found band have been playing together since 2011 and all members bring with them years of experience. Lost & Found is a 4-member band with lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar and drums. We play a mix of classic rock, country, oldies, and blues. With beautiful harmonies and multiple lead singers, Lost & Found's sets are ever changing and always a fun time.
Lost & Found makes a point of engaging their audiences through dance contests ("Halfast Dancers" and "Got My Tina On", photos, and assistance with various songs. We want our audience to leave at the end of a show saying "what a fun night!"
Lost & Found has competed several times at the NACMAI national level competitions in Pigeon Forge, TN and each time has been successful. In 2018 L&F was named Band of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year, Traditional Country category and in 2016 was name Band of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year, New Country.

The Lost & Found Band, comprised of Brenda Bond, Lynn Bucknell, Connie Fletcher and Diane Hanscom, have been playing their eclectic mix of classic rock, country, oldies and gospel since 2013. Their sets are ever changing, from 4-part harmonies to each member taking turns singing lead. Brenda’s guitar riffs add an additional layer to the music, seamlessly weaving in and out of the vocals. Lynn maintains a steady rhythm guitar, moving from strumming to finger picking to bring the best out in each song. Connie on bass and Diane on drums underline the songs with a steady beat and some unexpected twists. Lost & Found has twice been named NACMAI’s band and vocal group of the year. Connie and Brenda, who began as the duo Potpourri in 1999, are award winning vocalists in both Maine and Tennessee, and have also won awards for their songwriting. The members of the band are as diverse as the songs they play. Connie’s background is rooted in gospel and classical music; Brenda’s is more folk and classic rock; Lynn’s in bluegrass and soft rock; Diane’s in gospel and traditional country. Whether tapping their feet, singing along, or wiping away tears to heart-warming lyrics, audiences are pulled into the music and become part of the family that is Lost & Found.
Readfield Emporium/The Barn - Saturday Night, September 8, 2018
"National winners of country band competitions. Lost and Found unloaded their vans with a truckload of equipment and began to fill the barn with sounds that rocked it with southern rhythm. Lost and Found have a home. This Litchfield band – two lead guitars, a bass and a wow drummer. This is a very experienced group. This rock blues was composed by a Harlem woman in 1945. And these gals are terrific. Great harmony. Sassy with style and rhythm. Good country favorite – “Help me make it through the night” performed in a deep melodic flow…then without a pause into a country rockin song about racing a ’55 Ford.
And then they broke out in Deep Elum Blues in something that Garcia and “the Dead” would have loved to hear. Bamm. I called my son in Florida and said “listen to this”. His comment: is that a CD. No. It was a powerful performance and he was so very sad that he missed it. Robin Desj came in with a friend and the women felt it and began to dance.
They are joined by Mary Murphy. And now, they added a touch of country ragtime rock with a song “Hillbilly Rock”. I smiled because this unlikely group of women were playing a down home country rock and then a little bluegrass as they moved with unmistakable southern rock and roll. And almost without a pause a powerful rendition of “Hotel California”. No breaks, just pounding rhythm. Then “Can’t you see what that woman’s been doing to me” and perfect a cappella harmony. Woolly Bully and what a beat.
The group closed their set with the four members with a semi-spiritual “Give me thanks for the joy you’ve given me”….”rhythm and rhyme and harmony”…and “Give me the beat boys that freed my soul, I want to get lost in your rock and roll and drift away”. Powerful group powerful harmony. And they couldn’t stop and encores continued."
